"Hey, I will do my best to go light look here, all year ( 2000 ) you gave me the chance to speak-out, THANK YOU!" Francis, Windsor Locks
"President Clinton accomplished many large foreign affairs tasks which will enable Americans to function easier at home. Now that we are at a more stable 'comfort' level, Ct. will be able to accomplish it's own daily tasks without so much immediacy." D.N.K., Middletown
"The dot-com bubble has burst and NASDAQ is in a shambles. There is a possibility of a super-intelligent very nice and kind Democrat in the white house (remember Jimmy Carter?) The market for durable consumer goods is again close to sated. There is no next big thing on the horizon. Nobody has saved any money again. The upswing lasted a good long while, and the economy is by nature cyclical, no matter what the Federal Reserve does. Energy costs have not been contained, and neither has consumption. (Where are the trolleys?) It's going to be a cold long winter." Jon, Glastonbury
"I think what is going on with the litigation fighting like kids who didn't get what they wanted for Christmas regarding Gore and Bush says it all." P.J.B., Thomaston
"I don't think it will change much only because I live in Norwich, and with the merchantile exchange building and other building in Norwich that are falling apart it just seems like an on going situation, here that, all these building are still standing and nothing is getting done. So seeing that I live in Norwich nothing will change much if you think if it will chance after 2001 you have another thing to think about." P.G., Norwichtown
"How would I know? I am 14, and we don't learn this stuff in school, and MTV does not talk about it." Jules, Storrs
