"I had to work last week as usual during the storm. After work, getting home was no problem until I reached the bottom of my street. I got stuck. Going to get a snow shovel to shovel out, I commented to my next-door neighbor that had her husband had not thrown his back out so as to get out of working, our street would have been plowed. While shoveling, a contractor hired by the city of Meriden came. While he did his thing, I waited at the bottom of the street. Coming up the hill,I had no problem this time.
