
"Moderate food and exercise" was the hands-down "winner", with "I don't diet!" coming in a strong second by a large margin over all the other choices. And, surprisingly, we didn't get as many comments as one might have expected; given that diets are usually a favorite topic of conversation. Maybe we're too competitive about weight loss and aren't ready to share the secrets of our sucess?
