Outlook 98/00/02 (XP) Email Server Settings

These instructions illustrate the email server setting for the 98, 2000, 2002(XP) versions of Outlook.

• In your Outlook client, select the Tools menu and then E-mail Accounts.
     Click here for an example.
• Select the View or change existing e-mail accounts button, then click Next.
     Click here for an example.
• Select your SNET Internet account, then click Change.
     Click here for an example.
• Select More Settings in the lower right corner of the dialog box.

• Click on the Advanced tab.

• Verify that the box next to Leave a copy of messages on server is not checked.

• Click OK to exit the menu.
